We have
applied and developed methods of computational geometry for a brachytherapy
optimization program:
Dose computation using Voronoi and Delaunay graphs
Uniform distributed points on triangulated surfaces
Fast generation of points inside triangulated objects
obtained by cross-sectional contours
Basic geometric algorithms for template based inverse
planning
Margins and deformations of objects
Optimization of beam configurations in radiotherapy
Surface reconstruction from parallel
contours (in preparation).
