Kaminia (Greek: Καμίνια) is a village in the prefecture of Achaia. Since the 1980s, the village is bypassed by Interstate 9|GR-9. It is part of the municipality of Vrachneiika, in the southern part. Distance from Patras is 17 km SW and 79 or 77 km NE of Pyrgos (old distance: 83 km). Its nearby communities are Alissos to the southwest, Tsoukouleika to the north, Agios Stefanos to the east and Kamenitsa to the south. The community has a school, a church, a hotel, a small square (plateia), and a beach. The community has a small train station and is connected by rail.
