Kapsas (Greek: Κάψας), also called Kapsia ((Greek: Κάψια) is a community in the municipality of Mantineia in the prefecture of Arcadia on the Peloponnese peninsula in southern Greece. The community is located on GR-74 and GR-33 for northbound land connecting Pyrgos, Patras and Tripoli and E65, especially GR-37 and GR-7 of the by-pass of Tripoli. Distances from Tripoli is 8 km NW, SE of Levidi, S of Mantineia and W of E65 (New Tripoli - Corinth Highway).

Historical population
The community has a small school, a church, a small post office, and a square (plateia). Residential houses are lined up with the highway. The mountain of Mainalon (Maenalus) is in the west and southwest and is filled with pine trees. A smaller mountain is in the northwest. The reat of the area are filled with agricultural lands with potato, pasture and vegetable farming.
