Sidari, Corfu

Sidari (Greek: ) is a village, population 371 (2001) in the North of the island ΣιδάριCorfu c. 36 km from Corfu city. It is part of the Municipality of Esperioi of the province Kerkyra. It is a center of tourism which has grown strongly the last 2 decades with many Hotels, Souvenir Shops , Bars and Tavernas. Many tourists are from Great Britain.

Famous is the Canal D'Amour with its cliffs, rocks and beaches. According to a legend a woman swimming through the channel will marry the man of her dreams.
