Tripotama (Greek, Modern: Τριπόταμα, Ancient/Katharevousa: -n, from τρεις tri- three and πόταμα potama river. It means three rivers in Greek), older form Tripotamon is a village in the municipality of Aroania in the southern part of the prefecture of Achaia. It is linked by GR-33, the Patras to Tripoli highway. It is located ESE of Patras, SW of Kalavryta, W of Kleitoria, NW of Tripoli, NNW of Megalopoli, NE of Olympia and E of Lampeia and Amaliada. The origin of the name derives from the three rivers, one of them includes the Erymanthus river in which it flows to the west. It also forms the communal boundary along with the prefectural boundary with Ilia to the west and Arcadia further south.

The village has a small school, a church, a small post office and a square (plateia). Its residential houses are mainly within the road.

It also has a small attraction where the bridge is located over the Erymanthus. The rest of the land are mountainous and rocky landscape with a few bushes are founded mainly to the north.

Kayakers begin kayaking at this commune before heading downstream to Olympia. Its total distance is 40 km.
