...When the babe (Paris) was born Priam gave it to a servant to take and expose on Ida; now the servant was named Agelaus Apollodorus, Library and Epitome 3.12.5

Twenty-five stades from here, a hundred stades in all from Tricoloni, there is on the Helisson, on the straight road to Methydrium, the only city left to be described on the road from Tricoloni, a place called Anemosa, and also Mount Phalanthus, on which are the ruins of a city Phalanthus. It is said that Phalanthus was a son of Agelaus, a son of Stymphalus. Pausanias 8.35.9
