Alaminos is a village located in the Larnaca District of Cyprus, east of Larnaca. In 1960, prior to the Turkish invasion of Cyprus, the village had 564 inhabitants, with a roughly equal number of Greek and Turkish Cypriots.Today the town has around 300 inhabitants.
