Profitis Ilias Monastery (Monastery of the Prophet Elias or Elijah) The monastery is NW of Chrisso / Delphi in Phokis. It was destroyed by the Ottomans in 1825, rebuild 1834. It was destroyed February 1943 by Italians. It was rebuild in 1961. The monastery contains documents from the period of the Greek war of independece. Source: User Lemur 12 (Greek Wikipedia)
