Stavros Lambrinidis, Greek Member of European Parliament Stavros Lambrinidis (b. February 6, 1962, Athens) is a Greek politician and Member of the European Parliament for the Panhellenic Socialist Movemen; part of the Party of European Socialists. Lambrinidis is a 1984 graduate of Amherst College (B.A.) and a 1988 graduate of the Yale University School of Law (J.D.). He has served since August 1999 as Ambassador at Large of the Hellenic Republic. His parliamantary assistants are Sofia Asteriadi and Tina Panagiotou.
