Description Antinous Mondragone: from the Mondragone villa in Frascati (Italy), owned by the Borghese family, who owned the bust in the 19th century. Marble, ca. 130 CE, Italy. The eyes and the attribute on the top of the head (uraeus or lotus flower?) were added on later. The bust was inserted into a body of a different material.
