Glyptothek, Munich, Artist/Maker Unknown Drunken old woman clutching a big lagynos (Hellenistic wine jug) decorated with reliefs. Marble, Roman copy after a Greek original of the 2nd century BC (200–180). According to Roman tradition, this famous statue type was credited to an artist called Myron. Credit line Deutsch: Einst im Besitz des Kardinals Ottoboni in Rom, 1714 als dessen Geschenk an den kurfürsten Johann Wilhelm von der Pfalz nach Düsseldorf, von dort nach Mannheim, 1803 nach München, dort zuerst im Antquarium der Residenz, seit 1895 in der Glyptothek.
