Electra (1962 film)

Electra (Orig. Ilektra) is a Greek film released in 1962, based on the play, Electra, written by Euripides. It was directed by Michael Cacoyannis, and it starred Irene Papas in the lead role as Elektra, and Yannis Fertis as Orestis.
