Dove (chocolate)

Dove is a brand of chocolate candy produced by Mars, Incorporated. It is the second most widely available brand of chocolate in Australia, after Cadbury's. Created in 1956 by a Greek-American immegrant from Chicago, Leo Stefanos, who would worry whenever his two young sons dashed after the neighborhood ice cream truck. To keep them safe, he spent months developing his own ice cream treat. Before long, the DOVEBAR was the talk of the neighborhood.[1]
