Maria Spiridaki (Greek: Μαρία Σπυριδάκη) born on the beautiful island of Crete, is one of Greece's fashion models and television presenter. In 2004 she won the title Miss Hellas (Greek: Μις Ελλάς) and went on to represent Greece at the Miss World pageant held in Sanya, China in December 2004. In the event Maria made the semifinalists among the top 20 contestants out of 108, who were selected to compete for the Top Fashion Model Award, the fourth of five 'fast-track' events.[1]

In 2004 Maria co-hosted the Greek junior selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2005 which was held in Belgium.[2][3]
