Pro career During his professional career he played for PAOK BC and Olympiacos BC - with whom he won a European title in 1997. He was also a member of the Greek national team, where he was the starting center during Greece's Eurobasket 1987 victory. He is a member of the Greek Basketball Hall of Fame, inducted as a player. Political career A charismatic personality, Fasoulas entered politics after retiring from sport, joining the political party of PASOK.
