Other The community has a school, a church and a square (plateia). Mountains are founded in the west along with a mining area on a mountain and the south while fertile lands are in the central, northern part and the eastern part. In ancient times, it used to have a port. Paul visited Cenchreae during his Second Mission Journey. There is a bay founded in the east and is named Kechries Bay. It is a bay that is located on the western part and forms the westernmost area in the Saronic. It lines the easternmost point of the small Corinth Fault.
