Kila or Koila Kozanis (Κοίλα), is a Municipal Department of the city of Kozani. It is located 4 km north of the center of the city, between Kozani and Via Egnatia. It consists except Kila, another 3 settlements: Kardia, Exochi and Melissia. The population of the Department was 1470 in 2001.
In Kila Kozanis it is located the Technological Educational Institut(T.E.I.) of West Macedonia and the Exhibition Center of West Macedonia, where it takes part the Commercial Exhibition of Kozani, every September, with the partipitation of many firms from Greece and other Balkan countries, especially with locals products.
