Brilliant Maritime Services Ldt. has offices in Piraeus, Greece and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Brilliant Maritime Services Ltd. is a very financially solid company, receiving the AAA rating from Dun & Bradstreet, as one of the few within the bunkering business. BMS are part of one of the largest shipping & trading groups of which the first company was founded in 1876 and its activities include shipowning, chartering, freight forwarding, agency and international bunker trading.
