Anthemia

Anthemia (Greek: Ανθέμια) is a municipality in the Imathia Prefecture, Greece. Population 8147 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Kopanos.

Polla Nera

Polla Nera ("Many Waters") , at 150 m, is 26 km from Veroia. The population, mainly farmers , was formed by refugees from Sevastia in Pontos. It was called Fetista before 1928.

Population History: 1940: 208, 1951: 217, 1961: 254, 1971: 169, 1981: 185, 1991: 163, 2001: 154.
