Gyali (Greek Γυαλί "glass", also spelled Yiali or Yali) is a volcanic Greek island in the Dodecanese, located halfway between Kos and Nisyros.

The island is 6 kilometres long and between 4 kilometres and 500 Metres across. It has a 180 metre cave. The island is barren of vegetation.
