Parapotamos (Παραπόταμος) is a municipality in Thesprotia, Greece. Population 1668 (2001).

In the municipality there was a significant Albanian population  (as muslims called Tourkalvanoi) , like in other parts of Thesprotia near the Albanian border they moved to Albania at the end of the occupation of Greece by the Germans after collaboration with the Italians and Nazis.
