Agios Minas (Greek: ) is a municipality (Dimos Agiou Mina, ) of the Chios Prefecture, Greece. It is located on the central east coast of the island, just south of the island and prefectural capital of Chios. It is the island's smallest municipality in land area at 13.049 km². Population 2686 (2001), seat it Thymiana.
