Elafina (Greek: ) is a municipality of the Pieria prefecture.

The true population of the municipality was 5213 in the year 2001 divided in the following districts:

Aronas

Aronas is a village W of Katerini. It was known in the past as Kalyvia Charadras. The villagers are mainly farmers (tobacco). The village has a cultural and athletic group called Pierikos Arona.

Elafos

Elafos is a village (alt. 345 m) near the Pieria mountains in the NW part of Pieria near the border to Imathia. Until 1974 it was part of Imathia. The old village was destroyed by Germans in 1940. It was rebuild in a place called Kalyvia. The name Elafos (deer) is derived from these animals in the region

Exochi

Exochi is a village 13 km NW of Katerini. It was known in the past as Kalyvia Charadras. The villagers are mainly farmers (tobacco). The village has a cultural and athletic group called Ermis Exochis.

Katalonia

Katalonia is a village 21 km NW of Katerini. The villagers are mainly farmers (tobacco). The village has a cultural and athletic group called Aetos.

Moschopotamos

Moschopotamos is a village (alt. c. 460 m) NW of Katerini. The population was 809 in 2001. Until 1926 the village was known as Dryanista. In the Ottoman period the population was 1200 (religion Christian orthodox) , in 1913 there were 1366 orthodox Christians in the village. During the civil war after destructions villagers founded the village Moschochori 10 km from Katerini.

Trilofos

Trilofos is a village (alt. c. 300 m) 13 km from Katerini. It is called Trilofos since it is build on three hills. The village has two churches , Agios Georgios and Agios Athanasios (cemetery). Near the village are the small churches Agioi Theodoroi and Agia Trias. The village has a school. The villagers are mainly farmers (tobacco).
