Marathokampos

Marathokampos (Greek: Μαραθόκαμπος) is a municipality on the island of Samos, Samos Prefecture, Greece. It shares the island of Samos with the municipalities of Vathy, Pythagoreio, and Karlovasi. It is the smallest of the four municipalities in both land area and population. Population 2837 (2001).

The name is derived from the plant Maratho (μάραθο , Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)) and Kampos (κάμπος , Plane).
