Psathoura (Greek Ψαθούρα) is an uninhabited Greek island in the Aegean Sea, part of the Northern Sporades chain, the farthest one from the Thessaly mainland and around 4 nautical miles north of Gioura (or Yioura) island.
The island is volcanic and to the north, under water, lie the remains of an ancient city.
The Psathoura lighthouse, built in 1895, stands at 28.9 meters. It is one of the tallest in the Aegean. Its signal is a flash of one second every ten seconds.
Psathoura lies within the National Marine Park of Alonissos.
