Zervochoria (Ζερβοχώρια) is a municipality in North Chalcidice, Greece. Population 3146 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Palaiochora. The name Zervochoria means "left side villages" from Zerva (left side) because the villages are from the left side of the road from Thessaloniki to Arnaia
