Rentina (Greek: ) is a municipality in the Karditsa Prefecture, Greece. Population 756 (2001)

Rentina

Rentina is a mountain village(alt c. 900 m) synonymous municipality, c. 55 km from Karditsa town. The monastery of Rentina (Koimisis tis Theotokou) c. 6 km from the village was founded in the 9th century. In its current form it is based on constructions from the years 1579 and 1640.
