Thronos

Thronos (Θρόνος) is a village of the municipality Syvritos in the Rethymno Prefecture, Crete, Greece. Population 83 (2001).

Thronos is also a synonymous municipal district which includes the villages Thronos and Klisidi.

Near Thronos was the ancient city of Sybrita (founded around 1400 BC and destroyed by Arabs in the year 824)
