Traianoupoli (Greek: ) is a municipality in the Evros Prefecture, Greece. Population 3335 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Aristino.

Loutra Traianoupoleos is named after the ancient city of Traianoupolis, founded by the Roman emperor Trajan in the second century. Traianoupoli was 12 km NE of Alexandroupolis. It was an important city in the region due to its Thermal baths and its vicinity to via Egnatia. It was partialy destroyed 1206 by the Bulgars. Some parts of the fortification exist and a building of the 14th century. It was attacked by ottoman forces in 1329. The city was defended by the byzantine emperor Andronikos III and Ioannis Kantakouzinos. Finally it was destroyed after the war between the troops of the widow of Andronikos III and Ioannis Kantakouzinos (supported by Ottoman forces).
