Dytiki Fragkista

Dytiki Fragkista ("West" Fragkista) is a mountain village (alt. c. 760m), the seat of the municipality of Fragkista, earlier known as Mikri Fragkista.

Episkopi

Episkopi is a small village between the road Agrinio-Karpenisi (57 km from Agrinio). In the past it was a larger village but after the construction of a dam and the Lake Kremaston only few remained in the place near the Episkopi bridge. Parts of the wallpaintings of the byzantine chuch Panagia in Episkopi were removed and transferred to the byzantine Museum in Athens. The church now is lost in the sea.
