Viniani

Viniani (Βίνιανη) is a municipality in Evrytania, Greece. Population 1438 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Kerasochori (or Kerasochorion).

Chryso

Chryso is a mountain village (750 m) of the Viniani municipality, 50 km from Karpenisi.

With a population of 146 (2001) in Chryso there are the churches, of Panagia, Trion Taxiarchon , Agia Paraskevi , Agios Georgios, Agios Athanasios, Agios Dimitrios . Most traditional houses were destroyed by Italians in 4.12.1942, some by an earthquake in the year 1966.
