Karla

Karla (Greek: Κάρλα) is a municipality in the Magnesia prefecture, Greece. Population 5198 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Stefanovikeio.

Karla is named after the lake Karla (in antiquity known as Voiviis) which existed until 1962.

Rizomylos is a village, partly destroyed in the World War II by the Germans who killed 30 villagers.
