Mavrodendri (gr. Μαυροδένδρι , Macedonian: Karagatz) is a town in Kozani Prefecture, Greece. It is situated some 8 km east of Kozani on the road to Florina. In 2001 its population was 1253. It is known as a center of training of the Greek army.
Mavrodendri is the seat of the municipality Dimitrios Ypsilantis.
