Moudros (Μούδρος) is a municipality (Dimos Moudrou, ) on the island of Lemnos, in the Lesbos Prefecture, Greece. Population 4842 (2001).

Moudros

Moudros is mentioned in a manuscript of the monastery Agia Lavra from 1355. In a map of Buondelmonti who visited Limnos between 1410/20 Moudros is called Le Mudro.

Moudros is known from the first world war and the Treaty of Moudros (or Armistice of Mudros) signed in 30 October 1918.

The Church Taxiarchon was build in 1835.
