Pserimos is an island of the Dodecanese with a population of 130 (in the year 2001) 13 km NW from the island Kos. The island is part of the Kalymnos municipality. The area of the island is c. 14 km².

In the summer former inhabitants from abroad visit their island, so that the population increases to around 400.

A nice 170 m beach, some tavernas and a Panagia church are the main attractions of the island.

Pserimos is served by a daily ferry from Pothia, on the island of Kalymnos, and is a destination on the itinerary of a number of cruise boats in the area.
