Istiaia

Istiaia (Greek: ) is a town and municipality in Euboea, Greece. Population 7353 (2001). The town is located in the northern end of the island. Istiaia is mentioned in the Iliad by the ancient Greek poet, Homer for its rich vineyards.

Milies

Milies is a small village of Istiaia which was formed in the past by the union of the settlements Palaiovrysi and Karysta. It is assumed that the village Milies in Magnesia was founded by refugees from Milies in Euboea
