Athenagoras

Athenagoras, an officer in the service of Philip, king of Macedonia, 200 BC. His name occurs not unfrequently in the history of the war between that prince and the Romans. (Liv. xxxi. 27, 35, 43, xxxii. 5, xxxiii. 7; Polyb. xviii. 5.)
