Distrato (Δίστρατο) is a village and community of the Ioannina Prefecture, Greece. Population 487 (2001).

Distrato was in the past known as Briaza. Kosmas o Aitolos visited the village.

The ski resort of Vasilitsa is 11 km from the village.
