Agios Dimitrios, Ioannina

Agios Dimitrios (Greek: Άγιος Δημήτριος) is a municipality in the Ioannina Prefecture, Greece. Population 6502 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Theriakisi.

Ravenia

Ravenia ist a mountain village (alt. 844 m), 26 km from Ioannina. Initially the village was in a place called Paliomilos but was moved to another place called Bogdora due to geological changes in the Byzantine period. During the Ottoman period the place Bogdora was abandonded and the settlement moved to the current position. The village was destroyed by the Turks in the first world war, and by Italians in 1940.
