Katsanochoria (Greek: Κατσανοχώρια) is a municipality in the Ioannina Prefecture, Greece. Population 2536 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Kalentzi (or Kalentzion).

Pateron
Pateron is a small village, known also as Pater. The church of Agia Paraskevi was build around 1550. The school of the village was build 1888 ,a donation of Achilleas Gerokostopoulos who was a politican. The school now is closed due to the small population. The population was 73 in 2001, mainly during the summer, the number is much smaller in the winter.
