Amfikleia or Amfiklia (Greek: ) is a municipality in Phthiotis, Greece. Population 5636 (2001).
Amfikleia the seat of the Amfikleia municipality of the Lokrida province, population 3523 (2001) , is 49 km N of Lamia and 181 km from Athens.
Near Amfikleia (c. 14 km) is the the Parnassos Ski Centre of Mount Parnassus.
In Antiquity Amfiklia was known as Amficaea. Mycenaean tombs from the 13th century BC were found in the region. It was destroyed by the Persians. It was renamed Dadi, after the Greek war of independence it was renamed to Amfiklia.
