Neapoli (Νεάπολη) is a municipality in Aetolia-Acarnania, Greece. Population 5052 (2001).

The municipality is near the city of Agrinion. The area around Megali Chora is also called Zapanti. In the past it was part of the Agrinio municipality known as Zapantovrachoro from the older name Vrachori of Agrinio.
